Founded in 1987, ARTTIC is the leading European group dedicated to consultancy and management services in international R&D partnerships. Over the last 20 years ARTTIC has successfully supported over 120 projects with consultancy and project management services and gained an unequalled experience and skills in the set-up and management of international R&D collaborations. The staff of ARTTIC is fully dedicated to these activities and has a unique expertise in the various operational management tasks. ARTTIC supports international project consortia in various R&D domains: information and telecommunication technologies, transports, education, health, bio-technologies, automotive industry, aeronautics, industrial technologies, new materials and microelectronics. In the European research Framework Programme 6, ARTTIC is involved in the management of Integrated Projects in the Priority Areas "Life Sciences, Genomics and Biotechnology for Health", "Information Society Technologies" and "Aeronautics and Space", including two of the largest Integrated Projects of the FP6, aeronautics projects "Vivace" and "Vital".

In INCA, ARTTIC is responsible for the operational management, including day-to-day project coordination, financial and contractual administration, meeting coordination and logistics, editing of technical and management reports, support for the management of IPR issues, coordination of information dissemination activities, and the coordination of the project internal communication, including through the provision of a technical tools (web based collaboration platform, mailing lists, teleconference service) supporting the remote collaboration and information sharing between the project partners.
